Accessibility, Out of Hours & Extended Access

The practice offers full accessibility for those with special needs, including level access, automatic doors, a lift to the 1st and 2nd floor consulting rooms as well as ground floor consulting rooms. When booking your appointment or planning to visit the surgery, please make the reception team aware of any special requirements so that we can ensure that the most appropriate appointment location is booked for you.

Disabled parking – Blue badge scheme
The blue badge scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows blue badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

Loop system

Parking
Parking is available for patients on the right hand side of the car park (as you drive in). There is also 2 hour parking in Milman Road and Mitcham Close.
Please note that some areas of Milman Road are for residents with permits only. Please remember to park considerately and be respectful of our neighbours when parking on the street and do not block drives or cause obstructions to other road users.

We have appointments available until 8pm one day per week, please check with the surgery as these days change weekly to provide more flexibility.
